Tom Stewart, M.S., PA-C, J.D.
Tom Stewart is a Social Security Disability attorney as well as a Licensed Physician Assistant. As an attorney, he has a decade of experience helping individuals with chronic disease receive Social Security Disability benefits. His depth of practice in Social Security Disability law includes high success rates at the initial and hearing levels. As a medical professional, he is well equipped to work in concert with your care providers to develop the required evidence of disability.
He is passionate about the field and has worked hard to bring his specialties together, developing collaborative care models that help individuals with chronic diseases receive Social Security Disability benefits.
Tom received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, his law degree from Boston College, and his Master’s Degree related to his physician assistant license from the University of Colorado. Tom is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).
Teresa Mitchell
Teresa Mitchell is a Denver native who has been working since the early 1990’s both in Florida and Colorado to help people navigate the Social Security Disability benefit administration process to obtain the disability benefits to which they are entitled. Having successfully completed the Social Security Administration’s EDPNA program for non-attorney representatives, she is an accredited disability representative (ADR) by the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR).
